Estate agents will tell you they have the professional cameras to do the job, but you need a professional, inventive photographer who has the patience, vision, and creative flair to capture your property in its best light. At Louise Down Photography I can make your property stand out in a crowded marketplace, by showcasing its best features and photographing it from the best angles. By creating bright, inviting well-staged photographs of your property it will automatically be more appealing than listings with dull, dark, amateur photographs.
I offer a pre-shoot consultation via telephone, Zoom, or face-to-face consultation, to fit around your busy schedule, where we discuss your property, its features and design, so we can formulate a plan for the photo shoot.
On the day of the photo session, I will arrive and tour around the property to assess the best angles to photograph from in each room. Prior to my arrival, it is important that the property is cleaned and decluttered to provide the best images of your property. During the photo session, I may plump cushions or slightly move ornaments or furniture to create the perfect setting in each room I photograph. But don’t worry, I will not be completely rearranging your property.
I may adjust light levels by turning on or repositioning lamps, to illuminate dark corners. I will take the time to evaluate each room and remove or move any items, such as a cat bowl or empty bin, which may distract the viewer from the main features of the room.
After the shoot, I will take my time to carefully edit each image into a creative collection that expertly tell the story of your home to potential buyers. Your selected images can also be emailed to you directly via Dropbox or We Transfer. Prints and additional images can be purchased at a later date if required.
